The Michigan vacation getaway cabin is available for rent all year. Rental rates for the lake house are:

Accommodation Details

The cabin has heat, a fireplace, TV, VCR (with various movies), and radio. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

This one room cabin contains a full size bed, bunk bed and a couch. There is one acre of property surrounded on three sides by woods. You may have friends and family camp outdoors in their own tents or campers for an additional $25 per camp per week.

The 1 acre property has a swing set, horseshoes, Bocci Ball, BBQ grill, fire pit, and picnic table. You may have guests camp out in the yard for a small fee per site.

No pets. Smoking accepted. The house is handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, bicycling, snowmobiling, and hunting.

Anything goes at Silver Lake Cabin! Have a nice family vacation or get together with friends/family. Have full use of the cabin and your friends or family can bring tents or campers. There is lots of room for camping also. You will be tucked away in the woods away from the lake where it is semi-secluded and mostly quiet.

Silver Lake is a 3 minute walk from this cabin. It is an all sports lake and is good for fishing. Just up from the lake is a pavilion, kids playground and BBQ grill.  

Bring your Quads! Leota is only 20 minutes away with miles of trails. Silver Lake is an all-sports lake with great fishing so bring your toys! You can also bicycle throughout the area on dirt or pavement.

Snowmobile right out the door to the trails in Lake.

Bring your tubes and tube down the Muskegon River which is minutes away from the cabin. So much fun in this area!!!

The cabin is located in the town of LAKE, which has a restaurant bar called Big Al's, grocery store with gas station and snowmobile trail, Crooked Lake, Perch Lake and a Liquor store.

The town of FARWELL is only 6 miles away. New this year is MountainFest! Famous rock and country groups. Gather your friends for this event and stay at the cabin! You can also shop and dine in Farwell.

For the best pizza up north......The Buckhorn Saloon is located just east about 5 miles on M-115. Awesome Fish Fry also!!!

The town of CLARE is about 15 miles away with lots of shopping and events at the fair grounds such as Shipshewanna on the road and crafts shows. This town has all the fast food stores, fine restaurants and lots of shopping. EAGLE MEMBERS....The Eagles Family Recreation Center is also nearby on Highway 10!

Silver Lake covers 48 acres and has a water depth of 60 feet. Fish include bass, bluegill, and perch.
