Vacation Cottage Rental Rates and SeasonsThe Michigan vacation getaway cottage is available for rent all year. Rental rates are: $2900/wk June 30 - July 14, 2006 Accommodation DetailsBay Blue Beach cottage features a bay room/dining room with a panoramic view of the bay. It is 1500 sq ft+ with 3 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps 6. The cottage has heat and central air conditioning, fireplace, washer/dryer, jetted tub, phone, cable TV, VCR, DVD, and CD/radio. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, icemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. Bay Blue Cottage has a beach cabana with built-in grill and fire ring for romantic evenings or when the kids need to play "just another minute" in the water. Enjoy cocktails (or smoothies) until only the moonlight twinkles on the water. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, trophy fishing, water skiing, and canoeing. Boat rental and a boat launch are nearby. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. The Cottage is on 100' of private, sandy beach - an ideal place to kick back and enjoy the soothing surroundings. From the beach downtown Traverse City is visible, a spectacular night scene. The Cottage is also a great home base, central and accessible, to explore the area. Spend all day in Traverse City or venture to the other attractions of northwestern Michigan such as Sleeping Bear Dunes, wineries or golf. Come stay in our home. We think you will treasure it as much as we do. West Grand Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan is about 277 sq miles and has a depth of about 600 ft.
