Rental Rates and SeasonsThis Michigan vacation home is available for rent all year. Rental rates are: June 14 - Aug 23, 2008 = $2800/weekAug 23 - Sept 13, 2008 = $2200/week Sept 13, 2008 - May 23, 2009 = $1600/week or $240/night (2 night minimum) May 23, 2009 - June 6, 2009 = $1600/week June 6, 2009 - June 20, 2009 = $2250/week June 20, 2009 - August 22, 2009 = $2900/week August 22, 2009 - Sept 12, 2009 = $2250/week Sept 12, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009 = $1600/week Oct 3, 2009 - May 22, 2010 = $1600/week or $240/night (2 night minimum) *As an extra bonus we'll include the use of a 20' Pontoon boat absolutely free.* *There is a minimum rental of 4 days anytime the pontoon is available (typically mid-May through Mid-October) due to the extra work of getting the boat ready for you. If there is a 2 day gap between rentals during this time, the rate is $550, 1 day rate would be $450. Accommodation DetailsWelcome to Cedar Lake Lodge. The vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and it sleeps up to 14. The home has heat and air conditioning, fireplace, deck, balcony, washer/dryer, phone, cable TV, VCR and video games. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pots and pans. Please bring your own linens and towels. The lakefront property has a dock, boat launch, 20 ft pontoon boat, floating trampoline, barbecue grill, and fire pit. Pets are allowed. No smoking, please. The house is not handicapped accessible. SurroundingsThe home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing. Other nearby recreation includes boating, golf, hiking, bicycling, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. Off the beaten path yet right in the center of one of northern Michigan's most desired vacation destinations. Located 11 miles west of downtown Traverse City. You are only minutes from such areas as Empire, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor and Old Mission. Come and experience the best that Northern Michigan has to offer! Cedar Lake is a no wake lake.
