Rental Rates and Seasons

Rental is year around from January - December. The home has 6 bedrooms which can be rented individually or the whole house can be rented. Rooms are $65.00 per night per room plus tax. If the whole house is rented for a week the price is negotiable.

Accommodation Details

The vacation home has 6 bedrooms and 3½ baths. Most bedrooms sleep 2 but 4 can be accommodated in a few. The home has heat and air conditioning, Sun porch, deck, balcony, washer/dryer, garage (and ample parking), phone, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and high speed internet. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

Small pets negotiable. Smoking is outside only. The house is partially handicapped accessible.

The home is located in a quiet setting in Cambria County close to Seldom Seen Mine, Glendale, and other attractions (visit web page below). Parks are nearby and recreation for 4 wheelers and bikes at Rock Run. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing, and hunting.
