Rental Rates and Seasons
The Washington vacation homes are available for
rent all year. Rental rates are:
Rates from $150.00 - $250.00
Oct 1-April 30, $150.00 to $200.00 per night
May 1-Sept 30, $200 to $250.00 per night
Rate is based on 4 adults. $10.00 additional per person over 4
Weekly rate: stay 7 nights get the 7th night free
One time Pet fee: $35.00
Kayak rental: $45.00 for first day, $10.00 for each additional day
Cottage Peaks and Cottage Cove are two separate
privately owned vacation homes nestled in the surroundings of the
Olympic National Park. The properties are located side by side, great
for larger groups and or events, if you rent both homes, yet each home
has their own individual privacy. Both homes have scenic view from
almost every room, and easy access with short distance to abundance of
beach front area to roam. You will agree that Lake Quinault is referred
to as God's Country!
Cottage Peaks has 4 bedrooms with one double bed in
each room, two upstairs with a full bathroom and two downstairs with a
full bathroom, also a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room, sleeping
Cottage Cove has 3 bedrooms with one double bed, one queen bed and one
king bed, two upstairs and one downstairs with one full bathroom. There
is a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room, sleeping 8 comfortably.
There is plenty of parking and hook-ups for overnight RV parking.
cottages have heat, fireplaces, decks, balconies, washer/dryers, phones,
satellite TV/VCRs, and radios. The fully-equipped kitchens have coffee
makers, microwaves, dishwashers, dishes, and pots and pans.
Linens and towels are provided.

The lakefront property has a sand beach, dock, barbecue grill, fire pit,
and picnic table.
No smoking in home. Pets fee. The house is not handicapped
The homes are secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded.
Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Guided
fishing trips and rafting trips. Other nearby recreation
includes golf, hiking, bicycling, and hunting.
It is a short distance to many of the plush Rainforest
Hiking trails. Located just minutes to the Quinault River for popular
guided or solo steelhead fishing and 15 minutes to the famous Salmon
River for more fishing adventures. There is a lake view golf course just
minutes away and it is just a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Northwest
coast to Kalalock and Ruby Beach. Lake Quinault is known as the Valley
of the Giants where you will find the largest Sitka Spruce tree in the
world, along with other nationally recognized giants of Hemlock, Douglas
Fir and the mighty Western Red Cedar. Wildlife abounds with stately
Roosevelt Elk being the most notable. Bald eagles are common while black
bear and cougar are more elusive. A family of otters are a common site
along the shores of Lake Quinault along with raccoons, squirrels and
many species of birds.
Lake Quinault is about 1 1/2 miles wide by 5 miles
long. The lake was formed by a glacier and is glacier fed. Motors are
allowed (25 mph speed limit). Fishing for trout on Lake Quinault
