Resort cottage rental rates and seasons

The Wisconsin vacation resort with cottage rentals is open all year. Rental rates for the lake cottages are $60 to $85 per day, or $360 to $520 per week. Visa and M/C credit cards are accepted.

Accommodation details

The vacation lake resort has 5 cottages (1, 2 and 3 bedroom), accommodating up to 8 people. Each cottage is new or newly-remodeled, clean, and fully-equipped for your pleasure. Each cottage has a shower, refrigerator, gas stove, color TV with cable, gas heat, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes. Bed linens are provided, please bring your own towels.

Each cottage also has a picnic table and charcoal grill. A boat is included with every cottage, or you can bring your own boat. Motor and paddle boat rentals are available by the day or week.

The lake property has a sandy beach, playground, lawn chairs, a fire pit, and fish cleaning area. A snowmobile trail passes in front of the resort.

Smoking is allowed, pets are not. The resort is partly handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Located a ½-mile from Phillips city limits, the quiet resort is on a secluded road. The property is wooded and on the shores of Long Lake where water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, bicycling, snowmobiling, and hunting. Enjoy 500 miles of the best groomed snowmobile trails in Wisconsin. The grouse and deer hunting is excellent.

Long Lake covers about 1200 acres and has a water depth of 54 feet. Fish include walleye, muskellunge, bass, crappie, and more.
